Ingredients You Need for Lychee and Kombucha Spritz [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  • 12 lychees, peeled and seeds removed
  • 10 sprigs of mint
  • 1/2 lime
  • 2 cups kombucha of your choice (choose one with little additional sweetener if you can)
  • 10 ice cubes

How to Prepare Lychee and Kombucha Spritz [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  1. Add slices of lime, 5 sprigs of mint, and 5 ice cubes to each glass or jar.
  2. Add 5 peeled and seeded lychees to each glass/jar.
  3. Pour 1/2 of kombucha into each glass/jar and stir ingredients together well.
  4. Garnish with a fresh lychee and mint.
